Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 10:43 PM ET) -- Fulbright & Jaworski LLP on Monday reportedly sued Nevada investors Verano Land Group LP over unpaid legal fees, a week after the company hit Fulbright with a suit claiming the firm conspired against it while collaborating on a Texas A&M University development project.
Verano, which backed the $65 million acquisition of 2,500 acres for the university’s campus and nearby development, sued the project's former manager, Fulbright and a Fulbright San Antonio partner on Jan. 30 in Clark County, Nev., according to a San Antonio Express-News report. The suit alleges...
