Fulbright, Texas A&M Property Investors Launch Dueling Suits

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 10:43 PM EST) -- Fulbright & Jaworski LLP on Monday reportedly sued Nevada investors Verano Land Group LP over unpaid legal fees, a week after the company hit Fulbright with a suit claiming the firm conspired against it while collaborating on a Texas A&M University development project.
