Kasowitz Ducks Negligence Suit Over SOX Whistleblower Claim

Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 9:07 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a suit against Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP brought by a client who said the firm and others negligently failed to file a whistleblower action against his former employer before the statute of limitations expired.
