Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 2:22 PM ET) -- Touchscreen technology company Immersion Corp. accused Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. of infringing six patents in a pair of suits filed Tuesday seeking damages and an order blocking the import of several of the company's Android-based smartphones.
Immersion sued Motorola Mobility in Delaware federal court and in the U.S. International Trade Commission over a group of patents covering haptic feedback technology that, for example, allows touchscreen devices to vibrate in response when a user clicks a button.
