Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 4:54 PM ET) -- Paul Hastings LLP has picked up three partners from Baker & McKenzie LLP to bolster its restructuring, merger and acquisition and private equity practices in Frankfurt, Germany, the firm said Wednesday.
Regina Engelstaedter, Jan Gernoth and Ali Sahin will join 14 attorneys in Paul Hastings' Frankfurt office, which the firm opened in 2008.
“The addition of this transactional-rich practice represents a significant expansion in our capabilities, experience and depth of talent,” Frankfurt office chair Christopher Wolff said.
