Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 3:51 PM ET) -- All Market Inc. resolved a nationwide class action Tuesday over alleged false health claims associated with its Vita Coco coconut water, agreeing to pay a settlement worth $10 million to end the suit.
Several plaintiffs had accused the company of falsely marketing the coconut water as a “super-water” that was packed with nutrients and hydrating electrolytes.
