Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 2:50 PM ET) -- The Center for Reproductive Rights on Wednesday asked a New York federal court to reopen its case against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration over the FDA's refusal to allow emergency contraception to be sold without a prescription to women of all ages.
