Apple Slams Kodak Request For ITC Infringement Inquiry

Law360, Los Angeles (February 8, 2012, 4:33 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday to reject Eastman Kodak Co.’s call to investigate purported infringement of digital camera patents by the iPhone, iPad and iPod, saying Kodak’s bankruptcy means an investigation would be against the public interest.
