Atlanta Firm Ponders Potential Kodak Securities Fraud Case

Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 3:41 PM ET) -- An Atlanta law firm that specializes in shareholder plaintiffs' litigation said Wednesday it is looking over bankrupt Eastman Kodak Co.’s financial statements going back to January 2011 to see whether the company duped investors ahead of its Jan. 19 bankruptcy filing.
