Auto Light Cos. Push To Drop Price-Fixing Charges

Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 4:55 PM ET) -- Taiwanese auto part maker Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd. asked a California federal court Tuesday to nix charges that it conspired to fix prices for replacement vehicle lights, arguing the indictment didn't adequately accuse it of intentionally partaking in an anti-competitive plot.
