Law360, Chicago (February 08, 2012, 10:23 PM ET) -- BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc.'s general counsel took the stand Wednesday in the Illinois criminal fraud trial of the company and two executives, testifying about a 2005 memo that suggested internal confusion and missing documentation regarding BCI's operation of its investment vehicles.
T.D. Butzbaugh was called by the government to testify in the trial of BCI, its CEO Brian Hollnagel and Managing Director Craig Papayanis, who are charged with wire fraud for allegedly running a financing scheme worth more than $50 million that defrauded investors and lenders....
