Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 7:54 PM ET) -- New York developer Vornado Realty Trust has settled a preservationist group's lawsuit by agreeing to request additional landmark status for one of its commercial buildings and promising to restore an iconic sculptural arbor screen owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co., the group announced Wednesday.
