Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 11:47 PM ET) -- A media investment company on Wednesday filed a $44 million breach of contract suit against Fortress Investment Group LLC and Relativity Media LLC, accusing them of conspiring to profit from the early termination of a Citibank NA film financing deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.
