Disposal Co. Can't Duck Citizen Suit Over Waste Storage

Law360, New York (February 09, 2012, 6:11 PM ET) -- An Indiana federal court judge refused on Thursday to release Soil Solutions Co. from a class action brought by Indiana residents that seeks to hold the waste disposal company liable as successor in interest for the mandated cleanup of an Elkhart, Ind., waste facility it acquired in July.
