Ex-Leo Pharma Sales Reps Launch OT Class Action

Law360, Washington (February 09, 2012, 6:20 PM ET) -- Four former sales representatives hit Leo Pharma Inc. with a putative class action Thursday in New York federal court alleging the company refused to pay overtime wages, misclassifying them as exempt from overtime laws in order to maintain its bottom line.
