Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 1:51 PM ET) -- KB Home urged a Texas federal judge on Wednesday to deny class certification to a group of former home sales staffers suing over wage issues, arguing that the plaintiffs did not have enough in common to earn class status.
The former home sales staffers claim in a May complaint that KB Home violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by paying only commissions and seek to be certified as a class in their pursuit of damages for thousands of sales staffers.
