Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 3:44 PM ET) -- Jones Day has expanded its San Francisco securities team by luring a former Latham & Watkins LLP attorney with experience in shareholder litigation over mergers and acquisitions, the firm announced Thursday.

John Tang started with Jones Day on Wednesday. Previously he was co-head of securities litigation in Latham's Silicon Valley office.
