Sens. Set Up Final Vote On $109B Transportation Bill

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 6:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate agreed Thursday to push forward a $109 billion surface transportation spending bill to reauthorize and fund the nearly insolvent Highway Trust Fund, setting up a final floor vote that could come as early as next week.
