Law360, New York (February 09, 2012, 8:14 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal judge last month refused to certify a class of Lorillard Tobacco Co. sales reps to bring claims — similar to those frequently asserted by pharmaceutical sales reps — that the company misclassified them as outside salespeople exempt from overtime pay requirements.
