Serenex Sues Ex-Employee For Alleged Espionage

Law360, New York (July 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical company Serenex Inc. has sued a scientist it once employed for allegedly selling trade secrets involved in the making of cancer drugs to Chinese competitors.

The suit named Yunsheng Huang, who worked for the company for several years before leaving in February, as a defendant along with the two Chinese companies who allegedly bought the secrets, Beijing Gylongli Sci. & Tech. Co. and GYLL Biomedtech.
