Cement Co. Stuck With Contract Suit Over Dead Joint Venture

Law360, New York (February 09, 2012, 8:56 PM ET) -- FMT Aggregate LLC on Thursday sued Lafarge North America Inc. in Louisiana federal court, claiming the cement company leveraged information from a joint venture agreement to operate an Illinois quarry into a competing deal with another construction aggregate company.
