Citibank Workers Win Class Status In OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge has granted class action status to a group of personal bankers accusing Citibank NA of withholding overtime pay, according to a ruling unsealed Thursday. 

The ruling, which also denied Citibank's request to strike testimony from branch managers about overtime policy that the bank describes as hearsay, will allow approximately 4,000 personal bankers employed by Citibank nationwide to join the suit.
