Delays Cost Cephalon TRO In Anti-Epilepsy Patent Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 10, 2012, 10:05 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday denied Cephalon Inc.’s request for a temporary restraining order blocking sales of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.’s generic version of an anti-epilepsy drug, saying the Pennsylvania drugmaker’s delay in bringing the patent infringement suit weighed against early judicial intervention.
