Adidas, NBA, Others Settle 'We Not Me' Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 12:56 PM ET) -- Adidas AG and the National Basketball Association Inc.'s marketing arm on Thursday settled a licensing company's trademark and unfair competition suit alleging a "We Not Me" advertising campaign for the Boston Celtics infringed its marks.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Papak signed off on a joint stipulation to dismiss the suit with prejudice after We Not Me Ltd. founder W.
