Judge Says MediSys Wage Suit Should Be Tossed

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 5:59 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge in New York on Thursday recommended throwing out a putative class action against MediSys Health Network over allegedly unpaid wages, saying the allegations from two employees of the network of clinics and hospitals were too vague.
