Marcum Can't Pull Expert Services From Stanford Case: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 3:50 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday dismissed Marcum LLP's challenge of an order that the accounting firm continue its expert services in the criminal trial of accused Ponzi schemer R. Allen Stanford, ruling that only the U.S. Supreme Court can hear such appeals.
