Ex-Navy Vet's $10M Asbestos Award Upheld

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 8:14 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a $10 million asbestos case verdict against Lone Star Industries Inc., rejecting the company's argument that the verdict should be tossed because the asbestos exposure occurred in a so-called federal enclave that was not subject to California law.
