Law360, San Diego (February 10, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- Shoe maker Yums LLC on Wednesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to take up an intellectual property dispute with Nike Inc., arguing that a lower court improperly applied a jurisdictional rule that allowed Nike to escape an invalidity challenge to its trademark.
