$257M Penn. Pipeline Could Be Bad For Birds, FWS Says

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 7:04 PM ET) -- A $257 million Pennsylvania gas pipeline proposed by a New York subsidiary of Inergy LP must better account for the safety of the region's migratory birds, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said in a comment filed Friday.
