DC Circ. Revives Brazil Ferrosilicon Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 3:45 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday vacated a lower court’s dismissal of three Brazilian ferrosilicon exporters’ suit against U.S. rivals for allegedly duping trade regulators into imposing duties on the metal as part of a price-fixing conspiracy.
