2nd Circ. Denies Bail For Former Primary Global Exec

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 8:45 PM EST) -- A former Primary Global Research LLC sales executive convicted of fraud for facilitating telephone hookups between corporate insiders and hedge fund managers will stay in prison while the verdict against him is appealed, the Second Circuit said Friday.
