Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 10:05 PM ET) -- Fulbright & Jaworski LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP are discussing a possible merger that would create an international megafirm with over 1,500 lawyers, according to a Friday news report.
Talks are at such an advanced stage that the firms have agreed not to poach lawyers from each other for a certain period of time, sources working with lawyers at Pillsbury told California legal publication Daily Journal, whose report was posted on legal blog Above the Law.
