EFF Backs Lowered Damages In File-Sharing IP Appeal

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 8:43 PM EST) -- The Electronic Frontier Foundation on Friday urged the Eighth Circuit to affirm a federal judge's decision to lower the damages awarded to a group of record companies in a copyright suit against a woman accused of illegally downloading music.
