LSP Energy Seeks Ch. 11 Following Power Outages

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 9:45 PM ET) -- Power plant operator LSP Energy LP on Friday filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware after failing to recover from power outages stemming from mechanical failures at its main electric generation facility in Mississippi.
