Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 2:22 PM ET) -- A former federal prosecutor has pulled up stakes at Paul Hastings LLP and moved to Nixon Peabody LLP, where he'll represent bankers, brokerages, hedge funds and other financial firms on criminal, civil and regulatory matters, Nixon Peabody said Monday.
Sean Haran, who could not immediately be reached for comment Monday, joins Nixon Peabody's government investigations and white collar defense practice in New York where he'll represent "some of the world’s leading companies and their executives," the law firm said.
