Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 3:57 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied Alliant Techsystems Inc.'s challenge to a corrective action taken by the U.S. Army regarding its award of a $733 million ammunition plant contract to a BAE Systems PLC unit, according to a decision published last month.
