EPA Can't Give Ethanol Plants GHG Exemption, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (February 13, 2012, 4:11 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency went beyond its bounds when it allowed certain recently constructed ethanol plants an exemption from greenhouse gas reduction standards, three meat producer industry associations told the D.C. Circuit on Monday.
