RIM Looks To Revive Stalled Kodak Patent Suits

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- Stalled patent litigation between Eastman Kodak Co. and Research in Motion Ltd. could regain momentum after RIM on Friday asked the New York bankruptcy court overseeing Kodak's Chapter 11 reorganization to jump-start the lawsuits.
