Ernst & Young Asks 9th Circ. To Back OT Arbitration

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 7:45 PM EST) -- Ernst & Young LLP told the Ninth Circuit on Friday that the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Concepcion revived its right to arbitrate the claims of a former employee who hit the accounting giant with a wage-and-hour class action.
