Google Loses Bid To Disqualify Pepper In Digitude IP Row

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 8:49 PM ET) -- Google Inc. on Monday lost its bid to disqualify Pepper Hamilton LLP from representing Digitude Inc. in patent litigation mostly targeting products that use the Android platform, with a U.S. International Trade Commission judge finding the firm’s work for Google did not present a conflict.
