Activists Threaten Suit Over Unreported Lead Hazards

Law360, New York (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Sierra Club put 10 companies on notice last week, asking them to fulfill their obligations to notify the Environmental Protection Agency of health risks stemming from potentially toxic amounts of lead in their products for children, or face a lawsuit.
