Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 7:50 PM ET) -- Procter & Gamble Co.'s entertainment productions arm was sued Friday in Nevada federal court by the would-be producer of an awards show for military veterans and other heroes who claims the company backed out of its sponsorship agreement, scuttling the show.
Operation: Heroes Ltd. accused Procter and Gamble Productions Inc. of breaching contract by refusing to put up agreed-upon funding to CBS Corp. needed for the show to hit the airwaves in 2010, thereby forcing CBS to withdraw its broadcasting slot and damaging OH's reputation....
