Summit Signs $2B In Texas 'Clean Coal' Contracts

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- Summit Power Group LLC announced Tuesday it's signed about $2 billion in agreements with Siemens Energy Inc. and other contractors to build a 400-megawatt “clean coal” power plant near Odessa, Texas, expected to be operational by 2015.

Siemens, along with units of German industrial firm The Linde Group and South Korea's SK Engineering & Construction Co.
