Carlton Wins $83.5M In Energy Project Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 5:23 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday awarded $83.5 million in damages to Carlton Energy Group LLC in a contract dispute over the funding of an energy project in Bulgaria, more than doubling the actual damages to $66.5 million after a trial court awarded about $31 million.
