Traders Deny Profiting $62M Off Insider Tips

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 5:58 PM ET) -- Four men accused of making $62 million by trading on insider tips about Dell Inc. pled not guilty to securities fraud charges Tuesday in New York federal court.

Former Diamondback Capital Management LLC portfolio manager Todd Newman, Whittier Trust Co. fund manager Danny Kuo, Sigma Capital Management technology analyst Jon Horvath and Anthony R. Chiasson, a co-founder of defunct hedge fund Level Global Investors LP, entered not guilty pleas as they made their first appearance before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Sullivan on Tuesday.
