BCI's Financial Info Didn't Add Up: Whistleblower

Law360, Chicago (February 14, 2012, 8:26 PM ET) -- An ex-employee of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. blew the whistle on the company's alleged $50 million investment scheme after fielding concerns from investors and observing the "sloppiness" with which the company organized its financial information, the former executive testified Tuesday at the Illinois criminal trial.
