Pryor Cashman Nabs IP Partner From Milbank Tweed

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 6:30 PM ET) -- Pryor Cashman LLP has added to its New York office an intellectual property partner formerly an associate of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP who specializes in patent work for telecommunications, technology and health care companies, the firm said Tuesday.

The firm’s new partner, James R. Klaiber, comes from Milbank Tweed’s IP practice group, which he co-founded. Klaiber praised the firm he’d been at since 1998, but said the move to Pryor Cashman would give him a chance to work with more entrepreneurial small- and medium-sized...
