Brink's Workers Denied Cert. Over Bulletproof Vest Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2012, 9:45 PM EST) -- A California judge on Wednesday refused to certify a class of Brink’s Inc. workers who claim the security company violated labor laws by refusing to reimburse them for bulletproof vests, saying the named plaintiff's rocky history with the company makes him an inadequate class representative.
