Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 4:51 PM ET) -- Advertising agency McCann Erickson and The Coca-Cola Co. asked a Texas federal judge Wednesday to dismiss a Mexican composer's suit claiming his song was used without permission in a 1990s Coca-Cola ad campaign, saying his latest complaint still fails to tie the companies to the supposed infringement.
