Patton Boggs Seeks $22M Over Tossed Chevron Injunction

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 7:54 PM ET) -- Patton Boggs LLP sued Chevron on Wednesday to collect a $21.8 million bond the energy giant posted when it obtained an injunction blocking the enforcement of an $18 billion court judgment for a class of Ecuadorean plaintiffs, saying a decision later overturning the injunction entitles the firm to the funds.
