Lehman Creditors Aren't Entitled To $26M In Fees: Trustee

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 7:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. trustee told the New York state judge overseeing Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s bankruptcy Wednesday that she objects to a request by members of the creditors' committee for $26 million in fees, saying that just being on the committee did not entitle them to reimbursement.
